Appointment Policy
Our services are available by appointment only and depend upon the availability of our Career Counselors and Advisors. Our aim is to serve all individuals, including past, present, and future students, seeking guidance. However, during peak demand periods, we will prioritize services for current students. Additionally, to ensure broad access to our services, alumni are limited to 6 appointments per calendar year.
Our team may exercise discretion in prioritizing students who are new to meeting with our team. In certain instances, appointment requests may be declined due to prior no-shows or late cancellations, or instances of impolite or threatening behavior towards our staff. We are committed to providing a respectful and supportive environment for all individuals seeking career guidance.
